Insulation water bottle are commonly used household goods, whether at home or on trips, it is indispensable, especially in families with babies or in cold winter. Seamless welding is required for the bottle mouth of stainless steel vacuum insulating bottle, the bottom of the bottle and even the circumference of the inner liner. Stainless steel vacuum thermos bottle is made of inner and outer double-layer stainless steel. It combines inner and outer shell by welding technology. Then air in the interlayer between inner and outer shell is extracted by vacuum technology to achieve the effect of vacuum insulation. 

Although the effect of traditional welding methods and processes is good, there are still many shortcomings. Especially for many small parts of the welding can not be perfect. As far as stainless steel vacuum insulated cup welding is concerned, there are some deficiencies in the effect of traditional welding methods. However, laser welding can make up for the shortcomings, realize skillful continuous welding and pulse welding, and adopt non-contact welding method for the parts that are difficult to weld. 


The traditional argon arc welding is a kind of welding technology based on the principle of common arc welding, which uses argon gas to protect the metal welding material, melts the welding material into liquid state on the welded base material by high current, and makes the welded metal and welding material achieve metallurgical bonding. The weld seam of stainless steel vacuum bottle welded in this way is large and not beautiful. The welded product has a distinct protrusion line at the mouth of the bottle, which is easy to cause product deformation. 

Because of the strict requirement of welding sealability of vacuum thermos water bottle, the traditional argon arc welding method is not suitable for welding stainless steel insulating bottle, so we have to mention our laser welding machine. 

Stainless steel insulated water bottle laser welding machine is a kind of laser welding equipment, which couples high-energy laser beams into optical fibers, collimates into parallel light through collimating mirror after long-distance transmission, and then focuses on the workpiece to implement welding.
